Lloyd H Noel | Founder and President
Lloyd started as an intern with Joseph Pell Lombardi, Architects in 1987 while attending The Institute of Design and Construction. He had various responsibilities, which included some light expediting work. Over the years, he increased his knowledge of "Department of Buildings" functions. Lloyd shortly developed a small private client base and, in 1993, he made the decision to leave Joseph Lombardi to start his own business in order to satisfy the demands of his clients. In 1994, he obtained his business certificate for Noel Building Consulting.
Robert H Noel | Vice President
Robert joined his brother, Lloyd, in 1994. Robert brought with him many years of financial experience from his prior employment with Chemical Bank from 1982 thru 1994 in various positions. His last assignment at Chemical Bank was Customer Service Manager, Assistant Treasurer. Robert left the bank in order to help Lloyd develop the business. He would do this by utilizing his skills to implement systems and procedures to keep Noel Building profitable and financially efficient. After three years of moderate success and growth, they incorporated and are now known as Noel Building Consulting, Inc.
Keith Williams | Chief Operating Officer
Over the next decade, Noel Building expanded its client base through excellent customer service and word of mouth. However, in a competitive expediting market, Lloyd and Robert wanted to bring in an operations specialist to help the company grow even faster. Keith Williams joined Noel Building in 2001 as the operation manager. His experience in Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resources were the final skill sets needed for a growing business. It is this trio's dedication to remaining current with industry standards and technological advances, as well as developing excellent working relationships with the Department of Buildings, that has given us an edge in the industry and has lead to the steady success of the firm. Our company currently employs ten (10) staff members, and our operational purview encompasses all city agencies including the Dept. of Buildings, Dept. of Transportation, Fire Dept., Environmental Control Board, Landmarks, and the School Construction Authority.
