Lloyd started as an intern with Joseph Pell Lombardi, Architects in 1987 while attending The Institute of Design and Construction. He had various responsibilities which included some light expediting work.  Over the years he increased his knowledge of “Department of Buildings” functions. Lloyd shortly developed a small private client base and in 1993 he made the decision to leave Joseph Lombardi to start his own business in order to satisfy the demands of his clients. In 1994 he obtained his business certificate for Noel Building Consulting.
