Robert Joined his brother Lloyd and in 1994. Robert brought with him many years of financial experience from his prior employment with Chemical Bank from 1982 thru 1994 in various positions.  His last assignment Chemical Bank was Customer Service Manager, Asst. Treasurer.  Robert left the bank in order to help Lloyd develop the business.  He would do this by utilizing his skills to implement systems and procedures to keep Noel Building profitable and financial efficient. After three years of moderate success and growth they incorporated and are now known as Noel Building Consulting, Inc.
